Credits and plans
What is one AI credit?
One card you ask AI to process: reading a new card, re-reading an image, or re-sorting into groups from stored data. A two-sided card is still one credit. Exact duplicate images are skipped before reading and cost nothing.
How are credits granted?
Free grants daily; paid plans grant monthly from the activation date. Unused credits are kept up to the plan cap; at the cap, granting pauses until you use some. Nothing expires at month end.
Are retries or errors charged?
No. A credit is reserved per job and only charged when the card is done. Network errors, model errors and server retries are never charged.
What does "background processing" mean for Lite?
Lite cards queue behind instant plans and run when the queue is free, usually within hours. Every plan uses the same AI model with the same accuracy; plans differ in credits, speed and features.
How do Team credits work?
Each member has a separate wallet: 1,000 credits a month, up to 3,000. Nobody can drain a colleague's credits. Minimum 5 seats.
How do I pay or upgrade?
Online payment is not available yet. Contact us to activate a plan; it applies immediately and your current balance is kept.
